1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of any digital products sold on it. The website and products are operated by:

By placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. The products

We sell digital products only — specifically PDF e-books and related digital files, including but not limited to "The Quiet Advantage", "The Toolkit", "The Workbook", and any bundle combination of these. No physical goods are shipped.

Product descriptions on this website are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Minor differences in formatting, layout, or page count may occur due to updates and improvements made over time.

3. Prices and payment

All prices displayed on this website are in Euros (€) and are final consumer prices, inclusive of VAT where applicable. Our VAT identification number is shown above and in the website footer.

Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify's payment system. We do not store your full payment card details. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Delivery

All products are delivered instantly and digitally. Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing download link(s) for your purchased file(s). No physical shipping is involved, and there are no shipping costs or delivery times to account for.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and active email address at checkout. If you do not receive your download email within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at support@ydvvault.com.

5. Right of withdrawal — important notice for digital products

Under standard EU and Dutch consumer law, you normally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason ("right of withdrawal"). However, this right does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (in accordance with Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code and Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights).

By completing a purchase on this website, you explicitly:

Request that delivery of the digital product begins immediately, before the standard 14-day withdrawal period ends; and
Acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started.

In practice, this means that once a file has been downloaded, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where required by law (for example, if the product is materially defective or significantly not as described). We encourage you to read the full product description carefully before purchasing.

If you believe you received a defective file, a wrong file, or a product that does not match its description, please contact us at support@ydvvault.com within a reasonable time and we will review your case individually.

6. Personal use and copyright

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own private use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish any part of the product, in whole or in part, in any format, without our prior written permission.

All content, including text, structure, design, and formatting of the products, is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of YDV Vault.

7. Use of content and disclaimer

The products sold on this website provide general information, perspectives, and suggested exercises related to personal development, confidence, and dating. They are intended for general self-improvement purposes only and do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or relationship therapy advice.

Results from applying the content vary by individual and depend on personal circumstances and effort. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes, including but not limited to dating success or relationship outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YDV Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Dutch or EU law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint about a product or your order, please contact us first at support@ydvvault.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days and will work with you in good faith to resolve any issue. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, legal requirements, or business practices. The version displayed on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
