Refund policy

All products sold by YDV Vault are digital products delivered 
instantly by download. Because digital content cannot be 
returned, we do not offer refunds once a file has been 
downloaded, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 
Article 16(m) and Dutch consumer law.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly request immediate 
delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of 
withdrawal upon download.

If you believe you received a defective or incorrect file, 
please contact us within 14 days at support@ydvvault.com 
and we will review your case individually.
