1. Who we are

These Terms of Service govern your purchase of digital 
products from YDV Vault, operating under the brand 
The Quiet Advantage.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. The products

We sell digital products only — PDF e-books and related 
digital files. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Euros (€), inclusive of VAT where 
applicable. Payment is processed securely via Shopify 
Payments or PayPal. We do not store your payment card 
details.

4. Delivery

All products are delivered instantly by email after 
payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to 
provide a correct email address at checkout. If you 
do not receive your download within 30 minutes, 
check your spam folder before contacting us at 
support@ydvvault.com.

5. Right of withdrawal — important notice

Under EU and Dutch consumer law, you normally have 
a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. 
However, this right does not apply to digital content 
once delivery has begun with your prior express consent 
(EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m) / Dutch Civil 
Code Article 6:230p(f)).

By completing your purchase, you explicitly:
- Request immediate delivery of the digital product, and
- Acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal 
  once the download has started.

Once a file has been downloaded, the purchase cannot 
be cancelled or refunded, except where the product is 
defective or significantly not as described.

6. Personal use and copyright

Each purchase grants a personal, non-transferable 
licence for private use only. You may not resell, 
redistribute, or republish any part of the product 
without our prior written permission. All content 
remains the intellectual property of YDV Vault.

7. Disclaimer

Our products provide general self-improvement 
information and do not constitute professional 
psychological or relationship therapy advice. 
Results vary by individual. We make no guarantee 
of specific outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YDV Vault 
shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential 
damages arising from the use of our products. Our 
total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid 
for the relevant product.

9. Complaints

Contact us first at support@ydvvault.com. We aim to 
respond within 5 business days. EU consumers may also 
use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution 
platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
